At times it may seem as though what we are doing isn’t working. It’s then we must consider a stonecutter hammering away at his rock perhaps a hundred times without so much as a crack. Then at the hundred and first blow, it will split in two, and we will all celebrate not just the blow that did it, but all that had gone before.
WE ACCEPT EACH OTHER’S DIFFERENCES
Following the leadership of Nearest and his star pupil, we look for our common bonds no matter what in the world might otherwise divide. We are not just shaping a company; we are building a company that has the power to help shape how people are viewed and treated in the world.

All team member opinions are needed, welcome and treated as equal. We share our thoughts to create better and more complete ideas. No matter what the experts says, every idea is not a good idea…but share it anyway. What began as a subpar idea can become great with feedback from our community.

But our company not only honors two men for their unlikely friendship and legacies of excellence, we honor one another knowing what we are doing, has never been done before, and may never be done again.
